Free shipping for orders over $200
Flat rate shipping fee $15 for orders $1–$100 & $24 for $101–$200.
Please allow shipments 1–4 business days to be processed to ship. Tracking information will be provided via email or text to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

Chic Boutique by Christen & Company is not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 15-day return policy.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us via email (christenandcompany@gmail.com) or phone (605-552-4040).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Lost packages will be reshipped if found to be undeliverable. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.
We are not responsible for replacing any merchandise that is stolen or lost after showing delivered, but we will happily help you with the necessary information.
